We are looking for a Recruiter to join the internationally distributed team of highly-skilled professionals. The successful candidate would have a chance to witness the dawn of the Recruitment Department and further develop it.


The position is: 

  • Full time 
  • Remote-first 
  • Workspace can be allocated in the company's main office in Yerevan.

Planned Responsibilities:

  • Find and identify potential candidates for the open positions in the company;
  • Conduct professional interviews 
    • In-person;
    • Remotely;
  • Guide the candidates through the hiring processes;
  • Establish initial onboarding processes and maintain full onboarding cycle for new hires;
  • Manage the interviews schedule; 
  • Document his/her working progress;
  • Have a crystal-clear reporting system for the management;
  • Maintain an internal database of shortlisted candidates for future use;
  • Systematically bring and implement new hiring ideas;
  • Maintain unbiased, non-discriminatory hiring practices; 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at Recruiter position;
  • Fluency in English and Armenian languages;
  • Knowledge of Russian and Arabic are a plus;
  • High-autonomy;
  • Attention to the details;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Communication skills;
